Digital Thread and Yarn Dyeing System

The TwineX4 is the next-generation of waterless, thread and yarn digital dyeing, optimizing production's efficiency & sustainability. Averaging at a dyeing speed of 21.6 km per hour, the TwineX4  produces textile applications, including socks, garments, and ribbons. It enables manufacturers to enhance their production flexibility while reducing lead times and logistic costs and increasing productivity. The main design goal was to create an Intuitive operation, designed for operators of all levels, friendly man-machine user interface in all aspects - from everyday usage to maintenance. The design needed to be iconic yet simple, using cost effective sheet metal technology for the machine's covers.
